I had a pretty disappointing stay overall. While the location of the resort is beautiful, the cleanliness and comfort of the room were unacceptable. The staff was friendly, but that didn't make up for the overwhelming issues with maintenance and the dining options. It’s hard to justify the price given the state of the amenities and services.

Our room was on the 6th floor and was supposed to be a suite, but it was small with no view or sizable window. The shower didn’t adjust and only one burner on the stove worked, making it all very frustrating.

Our stay had its ups and downs at Tradewinds Island Grand. The beach was absolutely stunning, with great sand and plenty of activities. However, we encountered several issues with the rooms and the dining experience left much to be desired. While the location was convenient, the overall value for the price paid was not up to par.

We had a great time at the hotel, which had a friendly and helpful staff, making our stay enjoyable. The resort offers a variety of activities and dining options, although some areas could use updates. Our room had some drawbacks like a lack of room service and soft beds, but we found it overall relaxing. The beach was impacted by red tide, which affected the activities, but we managed to have a good experience nonetheless.
